- God’s nature is that He is a healer
- He revealed His person by His name “Healer”
Let faith arise in your heart by the Word of God, not only that He is able, but He is your able and willing Healer.

The Perfect example of Jesus
Christ came to destroy the works of the devil…
“He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.” 1 John 3:8 KJV
And … heal all who were oppressed of the devil
“How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.” Acts 10:38 KJV
Jesus NEVER placed sickness on anyone, but He daily, being patient, and with compassion taught the Word of God. He preached and healed the sick. Displaying the PERFECT WILL OF GOD! Once and for all establishing the issue.
“And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.” Matthew 8:2-3 KJV
Salvation includes Healing
God saves and heals, they go hand in hand.
“And immediately when Jesus perceived in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, he said unto them, Why reason ye these things in your hearts? Whether is it easier to say to the sick of the palsy, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and take up thy bed, and walk? But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (he saith to the sick of the palsy,) I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house. And immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went forth before them all; insomuch that they were all amazed, and glorified God, saying, We never saw it on this fashion.” Mark 2:8-12 KJV
“Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.” Psalms 103:1-5 KJV
“Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.” James 5:14-15 KJV
God’s will is clearly seen, salvation is for all who come to repentance.
And healing to all who come to receive it through faith.
God’s Original Design, and Final Plan
There was no issues in the garden or heaven.
In the garden there were no issues, God made man, looked and said “very good”.
“And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.” Genesis 1:31 KJV
Once this dispensation comes to an end, there will be no sickness and disease.
“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” Revelation 21:4 KJV
God’s WILL in the area of healing is clearly expressed the way He perfectly created everything, and how everything will be!
Covenant Promises of God
God’s Word is filled with His promises to heal, bind wounds, walk in healing and health
- James 5:15 – The prayer of faith will save the sick.
- 1 Peter 2:24 – By Whose stripes you were healed.
- Isaiah 53:5 – He was wounded for our transgressions…
- Ezekiel 16:6 – I said unto thee…live.
- Exodus 15:26 – I will put none of these diseases upon thee.
- Psalm 103:2-3 – Bless the Lord…Who heals all your diseases.
- Jeremiah 30:17 – For I will restore health unto you.
- Matthew 8:17 – Himself took our infirmities and bare our sicknesses
- Exodus 23:25-26 – I will take sickness away from the midst of you.
- Psalm 91:10,16 – No plague / with long life will I satisfy him.
- Psalm 107:20 – He sent His Word and healed them.
- 3 John 2 – That you may prosper and be in health
God, by His Holy Word, promised healing to His children who walk in His ways: walking in love.
We can receive through faith all of God’s good promises, believing what He has promised, He is able to bring to pass.
