Jesus came to give you life, and life more abundantly. Real life, genuine life, peace and joy! (John 10:10, John 14:27, John 15:11)
In the gospels you find Jesus as He really is! Loving, compassionate, forgiving, healing, delivering.. miracle worker! Much of the basis for our thinking is tradition, culture, religion and people’s opinions! We need to be washed by the water of the Word (Eph. 5:26)!
God is GOOD GOD. That is a good starting point in renewing your mind.
Your mind can defuse what the Lord is leading you to do, if you don’t deal with the way you think.
You always have your head with you ..
.. sort out your thinking!
Joyce Meyer writes in her book on “The Battlefield of the Mind”:
“Your life may be in a state of chaos because of years of wrong thinking. If so, it is important for you to come to grips with the fact that your life will not get straightened out until your mind does.“
